In moving, the moving service is the rental of the car's capacity and the expertise of the movers, and the customer pays for this time and expertise. Therefore, we can only tell you the total price when the move is finished, before that we can only estimate, so while the hourly rate and extra costs are fixed, the preliminary quotes should only be considered preliminary estimates. It often happens that for various reasons the work takes less or more time than the preliminary calculation, so we cannot quote a fixed price for the entire work, only after the work is completed. The total fee is calculated from the number of movers required, the extra services required, and the total duration of the work (per hour started), and for addresses outside Budapest, the kilometer fee is added.

The customer can pay in cash or by bank transfer upon completion of the work. To avoid misunderstandings, our colleague will wait in the customer's company until the transfer is successfully completed.

The dispatch fee is a standard thing in this industry in Hungary. This is the cost of going to your address. Some companies include this in the higher hourly rate, we bill it separately for transparency. The first hour is also unbreakable, even if the work takes less time, the dispatch fee and the cost of the first hour will be charged. With the Budapest traffic and today's fuel prices, we cannot undertake work that takes less than one hour. On the other hand, in our experience, there are few deliveries that actually take less than one hour.

In the case of the freight taxi service - as the name suggests - we rent out our truck with a driver. In this case, the driver does not have to participate in the packing, he stays by the car and arranges the packages in the cargo area. We recommend it in cases where the customer's friends help with packing and they need a car and an experienced driver.

Of course, yes. The floor fee does not apply to houses without elevators. It is a common experience that the elevator does not work, it is turned off that day, one of the residents opposes the use of the elevator, or part of the furniture does not fit in the elevator, or it is not safe to transport the given furniture with the elevator. To avoid misunderstandings, we charge the floor fee in all cases when one of the addresses is on the second or higher floor.
