The total fee is calculated from the number of movers required, the extra services required, and the total duration of the work (per hour started), and for addresses outside Budapest, the kilometer fee is added.

The customer can pay in cash or by bank transfer upon completion of the work. To avoid misunderstandings, our colleague will wait in the customer's company until the transfer is successfully completed.

Some companies include this in the higher hourly rate, we bill it separately for transparency. The first hour is also unbreakable, even if the work takes less time, the dispatch fee and the cost of the first hour will be charged. In this case, the driver does not have to participate in the packing, he stays by the car and arranges the packages in the cargo area. We recommend it in cases where the customer's friends help with packing and they need a car and an experienced driver.

It is a common experience that the elevator does not work, it is turned off that day, one of the residents opposes the use of the elevator, or part of the furniture does not fit in the elevator, or it is not safe to transport the given furniture with the elevator. To avoid misunderstandings, we charge the floor fee in all cases when one of the addresses is on the second or higher floor.
